1. Program Description

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Holiday Travel, LLC dba TRAVEL REWARDS regarding your travel reservations, travel updates, appointment reminders, customer support, account notifications, promotional offers, special travel opportunities, and other travel-related communications.

Message frequency may vary between 1 to 4 messages per month, depending on your interactions with us and the services you request.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly authorize Holiday Travel, LLC dba TRAVEL REWARDS to send SMS messages using automated technology where permitted by applicable law.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messages may be transmitted through mobile carriers and third-party SMS service providers acting solely on behalf of Holiday Travel, LLC dba TRAVEL REWARDS to deliver the messages you have requested or consented to receive.

These service providers are permitted to access mobile information only as necessary to provide and support our SMS messaging services. They are not authorized to use, sell, rent, disclose, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Holiday Travel, LLC dba TRAVEL REWARDS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of text messages. Delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s network availability and other factors beyond our control.

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

If it is necessary to fulfill your travel reservation or provide services you have requested, we may share other customer information with trusted travel suppliers or service providers, such as cruise lines, hotels, resorts, airlines, payment processors, technology vendors, or customer service providers. Such information is shared only as necessary to provide the requested services.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are expressly excluded from any information sharing with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information collected through our SMS program is otherwise handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enroll in our SMS program.
