PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: July, 2026

Holiday Travel, LLC, doing business as Travel Rewards (“Holiday Travel,” “Travel Rewards,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, share, retain, and protect personal information when you visit HolidayTravelClub.com, submit information through our website, communicate with us, request travel information, or use any of our products or services.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing our website or submitting personal information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Our Services

Holiday Travel operates a travel-related website that may:

  • Provide information about travel products, promotions, vacation packages, cruises, hotels, resorts, airfare, tours, transportation, and related travel services.

  • Collect inquiries and requests from consumers interested in travel services or travel-related offers.

  • Connect consumers with licensed travel agencies, travel advisors, travel suppliers, fulfillment companies, and other travel-related businesses.

  • Refer or transmit certain consumer information to third-party travel companies that may provide information, quotes, promotions, booking assistance, or other travel-related services.

  • Facilitate travel reservations or provide customer service related to travel products and services.

Holiday Travel may not be the travel agency, supplier, or provider that ultimately fulfills or books a travel service. Certain travel services may be offered, arranged, fulfilled, or sold by independent licensed travel agencies or third-party travel providers.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Mobile Information” means a consumer’s mobile telephone number, SMS or text-messaging opt-in data, messaging consent, and information concerning the consumer’s decision to subscribe to or participate in an SMS messaging program.

Mobile Information is not included in information disclosed to travel companies, marketing partners, affiliates, referral partners, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Any Mobile Information received from another source remains subject to the restrictions stated in this Privacy Policy. We do not accept or use unlawfully transferred SMS consent, and another company’s consent record does not automatically authorize Holiday Travel to send marketing text messages.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to travel inquiries and requests.

  • Match consumers with licensed travel agencies or travel-related providers.

  • Share travel requests with companies that may provide quotes, promotions, booking assistance, or travel services, subject to the Mobile Information restrictions in this Privacy Policy.

We do not use Mobile Information to create marketing lists for third parties, affiliates, travel partners, referral partners, or lead generators.

4. Sharing Personal Information With Travel Partners

The purpose of certain forms and webpages operated by Holiday Travel is to collect travel-related information and connect consumers with companies that provide travel products or services.

When you submit a travel inquiry, request information, request a quote, enter a promotion, or otherwise express interest in travel services, we may disclose or transmit certain non-SMS personal information to one or more third parties, including:

  • Licensed travel agencies.

  • Independent travel advisors.

  • Travel booking and fulfillment companies.

  • Cruise lines.

  • Hotels and resorts.

  • Airlines.

  • Tour operators.

  • Transportation providers.

  • Vacation package providers.

  • Travel membership or rewards companies.

  • Travel insurance providers.

  • Customer-service providers.

  • Other companies offering travel-related products or services.

These businesses may use the information lawfully provided to them to:

  • Contact you about your travel request through communication methods for which appropriate permission exists.

  • Provide travel information or quotes.

  • Offer travel products, promotions, or services.

  • Assist with reservations.

  • Fulfill or service a purchased travel product.

  • Follow up regarding your interest in travel.

Third-party travel companies are separate businesses and may have their own privacy policies, terms, licenses, sales practices, and information-handling procedures. Once non-SMS personal information has been disclosed to an independent third party, that company’s privacy policy may govern its subsequent use of that information.

Mobile Information Exclusion

Mobile Information is expressly excluded from the travel-partner sharing described in this section.

We do not share, sell, rent, disclose, transfer, or provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent to travel partners, marketing partners, affiliates, referral partners, lead generators, or other third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Submitting a travel inquiry does not authorize an independent travel partner to send you marketing text messages unless that company separately obtains legally sufficient consent directly from you.

5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money in the ordinary sense of selling a customer list for cash.

However, certain privacy laws define “sale,” “selling,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Under those definitions, disclosing certain non-SMS personal information to travel agencies, marketing partners, referral partners, advertising platforms, or other third parties for business, referral, analytics, advertising, or marketing purposes may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information.

Accordingly, we may share certain personal information as those terms are broadly defined under applicable privacy laws.

Mobile Information Is Not Sold or Shared for Marketing

Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell or share Mobile Information. Mobile Information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This prohibition includes sharing with:

  • Travel partners.

  • Marketing or advertising partners.

  • Affiliates.

  • Referral partners.

  • Lead generators.

  • Data brokers.

  • Other companies seeking to market products or services to consumers.

Mobile Information is also excluded from disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, travel referrals, and third-party promotional campaigns.

Depending on your state of residence and the applicability of state privacy law to Holiday Travel, you may have the right to opt out of:

  • The sale of personal information.

  • The sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Targeted advertising.

  • Certain profiling activities.

To submit an opt-out request, email contact@holidaytravelclub.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”

Your request should include your name, email address, telephone number, state of residence, and enough information for us to locate your records.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

6. Communications and Marketing

By providing your email address or telephone number and, where required, providing appropriate consent, you may receive communications related to:

  • Your request for information.

  • Travel quotes.

  • Reservations or transactions.

  • Customer service.

  • Vacation packages.

  • Travel promotions.

  • Cruise, hotel, resort, airline, or tour offers.

  • Travel-related products and services.

  • Follow-up communications from Holiday Travel.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the email or by contacting us.

You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP to a text message. You may request assistance by replying HELP.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending non-marketing communications concerning an existing transaction, reservation, payment, customer-service matter, safety issue, legal notice, or other service-related issue when permitted by law.

Travel partners may contact you through methods for which appropriate permission exists. We do not provide travel partners with your Mobile Information or SMS consent for their marketing or promotional text-message campaigns.

7. Telephone and Text Message Consent

When you provide a telephone number and affirmatively agree to receive communications from Holiday Travel, you may authorize Holiday Travel to contact you at the number provided regarding travel products, services, promotions, quotes, reservations, or requests, consistent with the consent language presented when you opt in.

Depending on the consent presented on the form, communications may be made by:

  • Telephone call.

  • Email.

  • SMS or text message.

  • Prerecorded or artificial voice.

  • Automated technology or an automatic telephone dialing system, where legally permitted.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and that you have authority to consent to communications at that number.

You may revoke consent by using any reasonable method, including replying STOP to a text message or contacting us at contact@holidaytravelclub.com.

No Transfer of SMS Consent

Your SMS opt-in consent applies only to the entity or entities specifically identified in the consent disclosure presented to you. Holiday Travel does not transfer, sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

A consent to receive text messages from Holiday Travel is not consent to receive marketing text messages from an independent travel agency, supplier, affiliate, referral partner, lead generator, or other third party.

Please review our SMS Terms & Conditions at:

www.holidaytravelclub.com/sms

  • Advertising and marketing.

  • Document generation.

  • Electronic signatures.

  • Data storage.

  • Cloud computing.

  • Cybersecurity.

  • Customer support.

  • Accounting and legal services.

These companies may access personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide contracted services to us or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

SMS Service Providers

We may provide Mobile Information to mobile carriers, SMS platforms, messaging vendors, and technical service providers solely as necessary to:

  • Transmit text messages requested or authorized by you.

  • Maintain and operate our SMS program.

  • Process opt-in and opt-out requests.

  • Maintain consent and suppression records.

  • Provide technical support.

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized messaging.

  • Comply with applicable law and carrier requirements.

These operational disclosures are not disclosures for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. SMS service providers are not authorized to sell, rent, share, disclose, or use Mobile Information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

The categories of service providers listed in this section do not receive Mobile Information merely because they provide advertising, marketing, analytics, referral, or travel-related services.

9. Advertising, Analytics, Cookies, and Tracking Technologies

Our website and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags, scripts, software development kits, session-replay technologies, and similar tools.

These technologies may be used to:

  • Keep the website functioning.

  • Remember preferences.

  • Analyze website traffic and performance.

  • Determine how visitors use the website.

  • Measure advertising results.

  • Identify the source of a website visit.

  • Prevent fraud.

  • Improve forms and website design.

  • Personalize content.

  • Deliver or measure targeted advertising.

  • Retarget visitors on other websites or platforms.

We may use analytics or advertising services provided by companies such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, or similar platforms. These providers may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites, applications, or devices.

We do not provide Mobile Information or SMS opt-in consent to advertising platforms for targeted advertising, audience building, cross-context behavioral advertising, or marketing attribution.

You may manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may cause certain website features to function improperly.

Where required by applicable law, we may provide a cookie-consent tool or honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals.

10. Global Privacy Control

Certain browsers and extensions allow users to transmit a Global Privacy Control signal.

Where legally required and technically supported, we will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device.

Because these signals are generally browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable the signal separately on each browser and device you use.

11. Legal and Compliance Disclosures

We may disclose personal information:

  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, subpoenas, warrants, or legal processes.

  • In response to lawful requests from government agencies or law-enforcement authorities.

  • To investigate suspected fraud, security incidents, violations, or unlawful conduct.

  • To enforce our agreements, policies, or legal rights.

  • To protect the safety, rights, property, or security of Holiday Travel, our customers, our partners, or other persons.

  • To defend against legal claims.

  • As otherwise permitted or required by law.

Where Mobile Information is disclosed pursuant to a legal requirement, we will limit the disclosure to what we reasonably believe is legally required or permitted.

12. Business Transfers

Certain personal information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with:

  • A merger.

  • Acquisition.

  • Financing.

  • Reorganization.

  • Bankruptcy.

  • Sale of assets.

  • Change in ownership.

  • Due diligence concerning a potential business transaction.

Any successor or acquiring entity may continue to use transferred personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by law.

Mobile Information may not be transferred or used as a marketing list, lead list, or source of SMS consent for a successor, purchaser, affiliate, or other third party. Any use of Mobile Information following a business transaction remains subject to applicable consent requirements, opt-out requests, and the restrictions stated in this Privacy Policy.

13. Data Retention

  • Maintain SMS consent, opt-out, and suppression records.

  • Satisfy legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

  • Resolve disputes.

  • Prevent fraud.

  • Enforce agreements.

  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, the relationship with the consumer, and applicable legal requirements.

When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, destroy, anonymize, or aggregate it, subject to our legal and operational obligations.

We may retain records of SMS opt-outs for as long as reasonably necessary to ensure that messaging preferences are honored and unwanted messages are not sent.

14. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, loss, destruction, or misuse.

These safeguards may include access controls, password protection, security monitoring, encryption, secure payment processing, employee training, and vendor-management practices, where appropriate.

However, no website, communication method, database, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide personal information and use our website at your own risk.

If you believe information submitted to us has been compromised, contact us promptly at contact@holidaytravelclub.com.

  • Restrict or limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

  • Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

  • Receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed to complete a transaction, comply with law, prevent fraud, maintain records, honor communication opt-outs, resolve disputes, or exercise legal rights.

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a message or contacting us. Withdrawal of SMS consent does not affect the lawfulness of messages sent before the withdrawal was received and processed.

16. How to Submit a Privacy Request

Subject line: Privacy Request

Please include:

To appeal a denial, email contact@holidaytravelclub.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.”

17. California Privacy Notice

This section applies only to California residents when the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Holiday Travel.

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers, such as names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, IP addresses, and online identifiers.

  • Customer-record information, such as payment, billing, travel, and reservation information.

  • Audio, electronic, or visual information, such as recorded customer-service calls, where permitted.

  • Professional or employment-related information, when voluntarily provided.

  • Inferences regarding travel interests, preferences, or likely purchasing behavior.

  • Sensitive personal information, when necessary to provide a requested travel service.

We may collect these categories from consumers, website technologies, travel partners, service providers, advertising partners, referral partners, and other sources described in this Privacy Policy.

We may use and disclose these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the Mobile Information restrictions below.

We may disclose certain personal information to:

  • Licensed travel agencies.

  • Travel providers and suppliers.

  • Marketing and advertising partners.

  • Referral and affiliate partners.

  • Analytics companies.

  • Technology and service providers.

  • Payment processors.

  • Professional advisors.

  • Government and law-enforcement authorities.

We may sell or share certain identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation information, and inferences, as “sell” and “share” are broadly defined by California law, for travel referrals, advertising, analytics, or marketing.

California Mobile Information Exclusion

Mobile Information is excluded from the sale and sharing described above. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, travel-referral, or lead-generation purposes.

Operational processing of Mobile Information by SMS vendors and mobile carriers solely to deliver and administer our messaging program is not authorized for those providers’ independent marketing or promotional use.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

California residents may submit requests to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out by using the contact methods described in this Privacy Policy.

18. Other State Privacy Rights

Residents of states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sale of personal information, and profiling.

The availability of these rights depends on factors such as:

  • Your state of residence.

  • Whether the applicable law covers Holiday Travel.

  • The nature and volume of data processed.

  • The purpose for which information is processed.

  • Applicable exemptions and exceptions.

We will process valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

Regardless of whether a particular state privacy law applies, Holiday Travel does not share Mobile Information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

19. Financial Incentives and Promotions

We may offer sweepstakes, promotions, discounts, rewards, vacation incentives, or other benefits in exchange for participation or submission of information.

When required by law, we will provide separate terms explaining:

  • The material terms of the promotion.

  • The information being requested.

  • The value or benefit offered.

  • How to withdraw from the promotion.

Participation is voluntary and may be subject to separate official rules or terms and conditions.

Entering a promotion or providing a mobile telephone number does not authorize us to share your Mobile Information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

20. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to websites, forms, payment pages, booking systems, social-media platforms, or services operated by third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, availability, or business practices of those third parties.

A link to a third-party website does not necessarily mean that we endorse or control that third party. You should review the privacy policy and terms of each third-party website before providing personal information.

Consent provided directly to a third party through its own website or form is governed by the disclosures presented by that third party. Holiday Travel does not represent that consent provided to Holiday Travel authorizes text messages from an independent third party.

21. Children’s Privacy

Our website and general marketing services are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through general inquiry or promotional forms.

A parent or legal guardian may provide information concerning a minor when necessary to arrange legitimate travel services.

If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Contact us at contact@holidaytravelclub.com if you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization.

22. International Visitors

Holiday Travel is based in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers or travel partners operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws in your country of residence.

Where required, we will process international personal information under an appropriate legal basis and use legally recognized safeguards.

The Mobile Information restrictions stated in this Privacy Policy continue to apply when information is processed by our service providers in another jurisdiction.

23. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to all Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to traditional Do Not Track settings.

We may respond to legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required.

24. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in:

  • Our services.

  • Our information practices.

  • Our travel partners.

  • Technology.

  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

  • Business operations.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website, by email, or through another appropriate method when required by law.

We will not revise this Privacy Policy in a manner that permits Mobile Information or SMS opt-in consent to be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes without providing any consent or notice required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the website after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
